has parlayed more than
a half century of experience in home heating to
a high-efficiency burner
assembly for pressure
washers. All Beckett burners come with a CleanCut
oil pump, which uses solenoid valves (rather than
the conventional diaphragm and cone valves) to open

Some LED models feature clutch control which
prohibits the pump from
overheating when the
trigger is not pulled. The
clutch disengages (stops)
the pump when the trigger is released thereby
greatly reducing wear
on the pump seals and unloader valve, two common
wear items. This advancement alone will greatly reduce downtime and cost of ownership. Pump life and
endurance are increased tenfold. Ever since pressure
washers began using a trigger gun, there has been no
good answer to the stress placed upon the pump and
bypass unloader. Until now! Clutch drive pumps is just
one of the features setting LED units apart from other
pressure washers.

 (Bypass Cooling - models with an X) increase pump life by reducing bypass heat buildup common in other machines. Other pressure washers re-circulate the bypass water through the pump again and again. Each time through the pump the water temperature increases dramatically until it reaches the critical temperature of 104°F in less than a half minute. This damaging heat often destroys the pump packing and the unloader. This will begin happening in seconds without bypass cooling. LED units with Bypass Cooling. With this new feature on our units, this damage will not occur for up to two hours. No additional moving parts, just substantially longer life to your pressure washer. |
